Dog Canyon, TX

This has to be my favorite weekend get away. We love to go in January when the deer are in camp. It is a very lovely place. It is a primative area with only a heated restroom and running water. We have been here several times and have enjoyed it every time. There is hiking over the Guadalupe Mountains to the other side if you are up to it. Take a weekend and enjoy this place.
